The 883235 Hood is designed for use with the EDP10 Free Air Pump. It offers comfortable, reliable respiratory protection for abrasive blasters. The snug, yet comfortable, sewn-in net cuff provides a physical barrier to airborne contaminants and helps maintain positive pressure within the helmet. Lightweight and has a wide angle field of vision. Comes with the 28" cape and 50' of air supply hose. Pull off lens sold separately.
The EDP10 Free Air Pump is a reliable breathing air source and easy to operate and maintain. With low power requirements, simply plug-in, set your air press, and go to work. These pumps are oil-less, so they do not produce carbon monoxide, therefore no need for a CO Monitor. But caution is required to place the pump in the least contaminated area as the pump takes the surrounding air and filters it twice before sending to the hood. It will not filter out carbon monoxide or other toxic gases that may be present in the area.

Airline Filter can be used in conjunction with other compressor safeguards to supply cleaner air for respiratory use. The #1028600 will not remove carbon monoxide. Review and observe all Federal and state regulations concerning the use of air from your type of air compressor. The #1028600 has two outlets that regulate at 0-100 psig. Replaceable cartridge has a 98% efficiency rating.
